Re: colour theory( colour research)
Hahaha! This is very straight forward already. It's almost like telling you what to do.
The only thing is to get hold of the correct colours. For youth, what are the kind of colours that you would normally see youngsters wearing? Ok, lets say for sports, check out the jersey they are wearing. The colours of female joggers.(Those jogging pants which they wear it for ANY occasion). The theme, casual, they have given you some words to express it. Therefore, make use of them to aide you in this project. Casual is not totally about sports, but sports is one of it. So, try not to associate everything with sports. Think of things that are casual in your own contacts and express it. Because, our thinking of casual might not be in sync.
For modern, check out CBD buildings. In fact, you can collect pictures that consist of buildings, cars, and anything that you think is modernised. Something to warn you about. The colours that you choose should be metallic, it can range from silver to black. And lastly, add a colour that is totally not of the dark tint. Maybe red, or green, to make it stand out of the dark background. Of course, it must also be related to the modern theme. And lastly, I would recommend this for the background. Take pictures of the sky, and stick it to the top part of the picture. This is something to show that modernisation has it's limit. And the sky is the limit.
The mentioned ideas are in terms of cut and paste. Therefore, they are all cut-outs from magazines or even pictures you took.
